Incredible $30 Map-Making Software Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream

After a brief run earlier this year, this cartography software collection has returned with an encore available through early December. Primary Feature

The standout feature is definitely a lifetime license to the CC3+ software, a professional-grade mapping application which enables users to generate various types including fantasy overworld maps, detailed regional charts, city maps, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.

Basic Package

The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four from the thirty-nine available products: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Monster Token Pack 1, Castle Source Maps, Urban Source Maps. This one's only for existing CC3+ users, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, more than two dozen aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Mid-Range Option

The eight-product collection for at least $15 is where things get more interesting through inclusion of a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the yearly bundle from the company's long-running monthly subscription service featuring a variety CC3+ add-ons like map collections and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension using angled views from multiple angles. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

Every volume from the Annual series come with this bundle, alongside a slew of other resource and asset packs enabling creators to design entire planets or galaxies, or just go all-in on traditional fantasy world-building: battle maps, underground complexes, urban centers, and continents from almost any perspective. You can even design character illustrations. For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle is so worth it, especially for cartographers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly an even better deal for map-making newbies since it includes the beginners' tutorials to facilitate learning. The one caveat here is that while you can redeem the deal on any platform, the applications only function on Windows.
